Shrink Tunnels in every Dimension and Speed - Zappe can handle it

We are usually flexible when it comes to the specific equipment of your shrink plant. Whether you mainly pack and shrink small goods in film, or whether you need high passage heights up to 1,000 mm and widths up to 2,800 mm; whether a low belt speed of 0.1 m/min meets your requirements or you need a high speed of up to 60 m/min - we can handle it!

The heating capacity of your Zappe shrink tunnel is also variable – we are completely geared to the requirements of your workflow. As well as to the entire equipment of your shrink plant. First of all, you choose one of the basic models: entry-level, basic or professional. In addition to the extensive basic equipment, we will then advise you according to your requirements as to which optional features we can use to optimally adapt your shrink tunnel to your workflows.

Shrink Tunnel Pro

The professional version as a high-speed shrink tunnel enables theshrinkage of various products – even of very heavy or long products, our tunnel provides you with an excellent shrinkage result. Two separate, upper and lower heaters each enable optimal shrinkage results and the highest possible temperature accuracy (up to +/- 1 ° C in the entire tunnel chamber).

The Entry-level "QUICK-SHRINK" Model – versatile and reliable.

The footprint of only 0.8 x 0.7 m plus run-out slide or run-out track isparticularly space-saving.The entry-level model is already a real all-rounder with a belt speed of up to 7m / min. and a heating power of 4 Kw. Equip "QUICK-SHRINK" according to your ideas with a teflon grid belt, a one-meter roll-out track or a cooling blower
